Policies
Booking a Session: To book a session simply email or call me, Gretchen Christofferson, owner and photographer, with some dates and times that work best for you. During the course of our conversation, we can determine style and location options as well as any other ideas or questions you might have. Once a session is booked, please consider it an important commitment to keep.
Weather: Because Faith Photography does everything on-location, there is always a chance that the weather will not cooperate on our given date and/or time. If that is the case, depending on the desires of the client, we may either reschedule, change the location, or keep our date and have fun with it! Umbrellas, hats, and stylish coats are never a bad thing :)
Payment: Payments can be made by cash or check on or before the time of our photo shoot. Please make checks out to Faith Photography. Tax must be applied to all sessions, so if you are unsure of the final total amount, feel free to contact Faith Photography.
Cancellations: If the need to cancel our appointed time arises, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to the session time. It is helpful to have some possible reschedule dates on hand to ensure your portrait sitting gets scheduled and edited in a timely fashion.
Late to a Session: Between portrait sessions and the time spent editing those sessions, my schedule is planned out very carefully to maintain the highest quality of customer service and professionalism. Photography sessions are an hour long, and if you are late to your sitting, it will detract from time spent photographing.
Viewing Your Session: Sessions will be available for online viewing within 2-3 weeks of our photography date! Clients will be notified via email, and from there, freedom to print and create is yours.
